Here's a fun performance upgrade that only takes 15-20 minutes - saves weight, improves airflow and creates space in your engine bay!
 
The FOZ Racing Battery relocation kit is designed for NC Miata/MX5s utilizing Antigravity Batteries' popular ATX 20 LIthium Battery.  The kit delivers a weight savings of 15-20 pounds over the stock battery tray and battery.  
 
Installation Overview
Step 1: Remove the stock battery, battery tray and windshield wiper fluid bottle.  (We offer a bracket that allows relocation of your stock windshield wiper tray to the rear of the engine bay or an aluminum windshield wiper tank).
Step 2:  Install the battery tray platform that is included with the kit.  This involves drilling two small holes and utilizing the included sheet metal screws to attach the battery tray platform to the chassis. 
Step 3: Install the aluminum battery box that is included with the kit.  Just requires using the included allen bolts to attach the box to the battery tray platform.
Step 4: Install battery.  The stock positive battery lead is long enough to extend to the relocated battery.  Utilize the negative lead that is included with the kit.  It will run from the negative post of the battery to the bolt that used to hold the windsheild wiper fluid resevoir.  Place the rubber strap included with the kit across the aluminum battery box.
 
That's it - 15 to 20 minutes tops!
 
**The battery is not included.  You will need to Antigravity ATX20 battery.  It is recommended that you order the terminal kit from Antigravity also.  This just makes it easier to use the stock positive battery lead.
